BelleFlex® combines the convenience of a large selection of in-stock and custom Belleville washers and Belleville disc springs with extensive job shop capabilities to offer our customers a one-stop source for any Belleville application.
At our 90,000 square foot facility in Pennsylvania, we offer custom machining, water jet services, and fabrications of all types.
A “heat affected zone” produced by more conventional cutting methods on temperature sensitive metals can affect the metal’s inherent structure, but using our state-of-the-art water jet technology, we can fabricate parts to exact specifications without compromising the performance of the part.
Our custom machining services include bearing housings, valve seats and stems, and valve bodies. With skilled, certified welders, we can fabricate other custom items, such as brackets to mount many types of valve actuators. BelleFlex® is also experienced in fabricating custom-designed pipe support assemblies, and we are able to meet the demands of cryogenic applications.
