The BelleFlex^® DeHydrex can increase the life of your diesel, gasoline, or compressed natural gas (CNG) engine by removing water and contaminants from your oil WHILE YOU DRIVE to protect your engine from:

The DeHydrex can extend the time period between oil changes by as much as 20x. Oil changes can be done every 500,000 miles instead of every 25,000 miles.

The BelleFlex® DeHydrex purifies oil in 2 stages:

A specially-designed micro-glass element that collects particulate smaller than what can be collected by the engine oil filter

A patented moisture removal chamber that exhausts water vapor

Removes emulsified, dissolved, and free water

Dramatically extends life and efficiency of oil AND equipment

Reduces the effects of water, reduces particulate, and results in a longer lasting filter (approx. 2,000hrs!)

“I am happy to report we are still operating the trucks with the DeHydrex. Since the test began we have accumulated 522K miles on one of the trucks and 581K miles on the second for a total of over 1.1 million miles. We have had the rod and main bearings inspected on both units at around the 345K mile mark and found absolutely no indication of wear.

We have since installed the DeHydrex system on 8 of our Freightliner Cascadia Tractors equipped with Detroit Diesel DD15 Engines. To date we have accumulated 2,423,000 miles combined on these trucks. Mileage on these units range from 120k to 386k. We have had one truck into the dealer with an engine oil pump pick-up tube problem. The warranty requirement was for the dealer to remove and inspect the crank bearings whenever the low oil pressure fault exists. The dealer was unable to find any wear in the bearings and reinstalled them. At this point we have considered the test concluded with extremely positive results. We are currently in the process of retrofitting the remainder of our fleet with the DeHydrex.”

Equipment Manufacturer's Warranty

Installing a by-pass dehydration and filtration system will not void the original equipment manufacturer’s warranty. Vehicle owners are protected by the Magnuson-Moss Warranty (MMW) Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act of 1975.

Under the act, aftermarket equipment which improves performance does not void a vehicle manufacturer’s original warranty unless the warranty clearly and conspicuously states it does. Most states have warranty statutes providing further protections for vehicle owners and BelleFlex^® can work with the manufacturer to obtain a letter if necessary.

If your warranty requires proof that your oil meets required standards at the time of the factory recommended oil change interval, then a lab test will validate the quality of the oil and will satisfy that warranty requirement.
